The ADapT Community
Agile-ADapT® is grounded in years of real-world experience.
Since 2017, a global team of coaches, executives, and change agents have shaped and refined it into a practical and principled transformation model.
What began with a technology focus quickly expanded to a broader view – integrating strategy, customer needs, and organizational agility.
The model draws from:
- Agile-, Design-, Lean- Thinking
- First Principles Thinking
- Innovation Strategy
- Jobs-to-be-Done & Business Model Design
ADapT is more than a model – it’s a shared language for change.

Become a Partner
If you are running a consulting practice and would like to make ADapT part of your offering, chat with Johann. We will work out an engagement model that will work for you and your business.
We provide an apprenticeship/mentorship development model combining formal education with on-the-job learning-by-doing, where your consultants can learn at your customers under the tutelage of a transformation expert.
This approach enables real and deep skill transfer, allowing consultants to operate independently, quickly, and with meaningful and genuine experience.
The most significant benefit of this approach is that your consultants don’t only learn what to do, but also what not to do (based on years of experience gained by their mentor).
