Lead Transformation
Certified to lead transformation initiatives using the Agile-ADapT® model
This certification is awarded to professionals who have proven their ability to practice, lead and scale Agile-ADapT® within organizations—translating strategic intent into concrete, coordinated action.
Holders of this certification have shown competence in applying Agile-ADapT’s model, facilitating Innovation Sprints, and aligning innovation, delivery, and strategy across teams and business functions. They lead with purpose, foster adaptability, and drive sustainable change through principle-based leadership.
Train the ADapT Standard
Certified to teach and coach others in Agile-ADapT®
This certification is awarded to professionals who have demonstrated deep expertise in the Agile-ADapT® model and the ability to effectively deliver training, guide learning, and mentor transformation professionals.
Certified ADapT Trainers are qualified and certified to offer Explorer & Practitioner courses, and are part of the global ADapT Educator Network. They have shown mastery in course delivery, facilitation, and transformation coaching—empowering others to apply the model with clarity, confidence, and impact.
Accredited Training Organization (ATO)
We would like to invite training providers to expand their offering and reach by officially adding Agile-ADapT training courses to their portfolio.
We view Agile-ADapt ATOs as community builders and ambassadors to providing exceptional trainings for their customers seeking to expand their expertise. The Agile-ADapT team will make sure, ATOs will be supported every step of the way.
Agile-ADapT.com Stewards Johann Botha and Christoph Danker run their own ATOs (getITright & Gateway2Agility) and will play a vital role in kick-starting the training program. They will eventually prioritize overseeing the program by training the trainer (TTT) and by closely working with ATOs, who will then provide the EXPLORER and PRACTITIONER level course program.
To safeguard the quality and integrity of our ATO network, our partner GGP (Global Good Practice) conducts initial and recurring assessments as part of its Basic TQMS (Total Quality Management System). Organizations can only become Agile-ADapT ATOs when courses are delivered by certified Agile-ADapT Trainer.
