Training
PARTNERS
Training partners deliver ADapT courses, workshops and exams.
ADapT provides course materials ready to use – so no need to spend hours to develop course material, but if you really want to you can develop your own. (Own material needs to be vetted though.)
Trainers need to be accredited ADapT Trainers to be able to deliver courses and workshops.
Training providers:
- Employ at least one ADapT Accredited Trainer for the course you want to offer.
- Have a training facility meeting set standards, OR
- Have virtual classroom facilities meeting set standards
- Have a student management system meeting set requirement
- Commit to the delivery of at least two ADapT Courses per annum
ADapT Gold PARTNERS
Gold consulting partners help customers to transform their organizations using the methods and tools described in ADapT.
Partners need at least one ADapT Professional Consultant, Certified certified for each of the ADapT Themes*.
The delivery of high quality engagements is a top ADapT priority. Therefore, an annual peer-review process is in place for consulting partners.
Consulting partners further commits to the engage at least two customers, where the full 9-step process is followed, in at least one iteration.
Theme*
PARTNERS
Theme* partners help customers to apply guidance focused on one of the three ADapT focus areas (e.g. the Explore theme focus on innovation in a broad context, from product and service to business model innovation.)
Partners need at least one Professional Consultant Certified for one of the three themes (Extract – Transformation Strategy, Explore – Innovation, or Expand – Build and Scale.)
The delivery of high quality engagements is a top ADapT priority. Therefore, an annual peer-review process is in place for consulting partners.
Consulting partners further commits to the engage at least two customers, where the Theme will be implemented on an annual basis.
*ADapT use an iterative improvement process that consist of 9 steps, organized in three themes – when we use THEME we mean work focused on the relevant area of focus the company choose as their focus.
Independent Professionals
Independent professionals are solo-entrepreneur, or who provide their services to ADapT training and consulting partners on a part-time basis.
Independent consultants should also hold at least one of the Certified Professional Consultant, or the Agile Transformation Master-Coach credential offered by ADapT.
For any work not done under the auspices of a consulting partner, the independent consultant agrees to the peer-review process used for consulting partners.
Independent coaches need to complete at least two engagements annually – whether under the auspices of a consulting partner or on their own.
